How do I change the bank account information that eSellerate has on file for my publisher account?


The bank account information that eSellerate uses to make payments to publisher accounts is not editable from within the Sales Manager.  If you want to change the bank information, it is necessary to complete a new deposit authorization form and submit the completed form to eSellerate's Accounting Department.


Available Payment Methods

There are several forms available that you can use to report your bank account information (such as the bank name, account number, routing number, etc.) to eSellerate.  Each form is used for a different type of payment.  If you have received payments from eSellerate previously and you just need to update your bank information, you should use the form that matches the method by which you have received payments from eSellerate in the past.

If you are a new client and have never received a payment before, please use the following table to identify the type(s) of payments for which your account is eligible.

If your bank account is located in: ...then please use the following form:
Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Germany, France, Netherlands,
New Zealand, Spain, Switzerland or the United Kingdom
Non-U.S. ACH Credit Authorization
The United States of America ACH Credit Authorization
Any other country not listed above* Non-U.S. Wire Transfer Authorization

In addition, you may have the option of receiving payments by check or by PayPal.  If you have questions about which type of payment form to use, contact our sales team at sales@esellerate.net or eSellerate's accounting department (accounting@esellerate.net).

*Please note that there is a $15 USD service charge for each Non-U.S. Wire Transfer payment.  There is no service charge associated with any other payment method, including PayPal.

Downloading the Form

You can download any of the three forms using the links in the table above, or via the eSellerate Downloads page.  A link to that page can be found near the top right-hand corner of your main control panel page.  Links to the forms are included in the eSellerate Documentation and Resources section at the bottom of the downloads page.

Submitting the Form

Once you have completed the entire form, you can submit it via fax, to +1 402-323-6611 (in the United States).  Or, you may choose to scan the completed form and attach it to an email message to our Accounting Department (accounting@esellerate.net).
