May 20, 2015 Store and Control Panel Availability Issue

External domain name service (DNS) issues are intermittently impacting some of Esellerate’s customer stores. The situation began at 6:19 a.m. CDT and may have interrupted your ecommerce service. This is not a security related issue. At 7:03 a.m. CDT, the DNS configuration was corrected by the vendor and connectivity to stores began to be restored.

The corrected DNS configuration is continuing to update across the Internet. The speed of the update and refresh is dependent on how frequently the ISPs update their DNS information. In the meantime, we have active support teams monitoring your stores and continuing to watch indicators as the situation resolves.
