How do I know my service fee percentage at any given time?

eSellerate processing fees are calculated as a percentage of order amounts processed through your account. Processing fees are automatically withheld from the periodic payments made to you by eSellerate.

The best method for determining the percentage charged to your account for eSellerate processing fees depends on the type of contract you have with eSellerate. You should start by following these simple steps.

Note:  Only the administrator logon for the account can see and access the contract information in the account. If you do not have the administrator logon credentials, please check with the account administrator.

  1. Log onto your eSellerate account at https://publishers.esellerate.net.
  2. On the main page of the Sales Manager, click the Account Information link in the Account Management section.
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the page. The contract section displays your rate, and you can click a link to review the contract itself.

If you are logged on to the account as the administrator and you do not see the contract section at the bottom of the Account Information page, this may indicate that you have not yet clicked to accept the latest / current eSellerate publisher agreement. Or, it may be that your account has a custom contract with eSellerate. If you are not sure which of these applies to your account, please contact sales@esellerate.net, and we will be glad to provide that information for you.  Alternatively, you can submit a ticket via the support portal.  To log onto the portal automatically, just click the Support link at the top of any page in the eSellerate publisher control panel.
