I have an exclusive agreement with another company - can I still use your system?

Yes. Generally the exclusivity refers to online/web sales that other e-commerce service providers provide. eSellerate does offer other powerful and unique solutions that would not impose on the exclusivity agreement. This includes our Embedded Web Store eSellers (sell from within the application), which is very different from that of a web store and would not fall under that restriction. If you feel you may be in violation of your agreement, feel free to send the text of that portion of the license agreement in and we will gladly take a look at it for you and render an opinion. Regardless, we encourage you to visit with us on the possibilities.
